1. All products listed are described to the best of our knowledge and abilities based on information provided to us.
2. All care is taken to ensure such information is as accurate as possible.
3. We cannot guarantee total elimination of human errors, or any other errors due to factors beyond our control, and none of these errors are intentional.
4. OzAB reserves the right to change any description, specification, design, model or any other product information without notice if such change is deemed to be necessary and reasonable (e.g. there might be some significant errors).
Payment Policy
1. Payment methods are listed on the website.
2. Payment must be made immediately after the purchase.
3. We cannot guarantee stock availability for late payments. Any payment that does not immediately follow the purchase may be deemed as late payment.
4. We do not process, or hold any information of, your credit card, it’s processed by Paypal or other financial institutions.
5. We do not hold your order if your card payment is declined for any reasons.
Shipping Policy
1. We ship using Australia Post or other reputable couriers.
2. We ship to both street addresses and PO boxes.
3. We usually ship your order within 1-3 working days of receiving and clearing your payment.
4. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, but we will do all we can to help track down your order.
5. We guarantee delivery of your order, which means:

In the event of a delivery error caused by factors beyond our control, we will use all our efforts to ensure you receive your order, replacement or refund, after we have exhausted all means of recovering the shipment. This generally means resend of orders, replacement or refund will only happen after at least 3 weeks of initial shipping of your order.
7. If you make multiple purchases at the same time, combined shipping may be available. Combined shipping may NOT be available for purchases made over a considerable length of time (such as 2 hours).
Warranty Policy
1. All warranties are back-to-base warranties.
2. Where applicable, the warranty offered for the products sold by OzAB are the manufacturer's warranty, and therefore warranty related enquires must be made directly to the manufacturer.
3. Where there is no manufacturer's warranty available, OzAB offers the warranty, as specified in the product description.
4. In the event of a warranty claim, regardless of manufacturer’s or OzAB’s warranty, all warranty related shipping costs (both ways) are buyer’s responsibility, unless:
5. In the event of Dead On Arrival (DOA), or incorrect handling by us, we will pay for all warranty related shipping costs, but:
6. DOA or incorrect items must be returned to us for testing and verification within 7 days of initial shipping.
7. If DOA item is tested to be working, it will be returned to you at your own cost.
8. If DOA item is not received by us within 7 days of initial shipping, it will be treated as normal warranty item.
9. OzAB's warranty is limited to replacement, repair or refund of the item, to be determined by OzAB.
10. Warranty does NOT apply to damages as a result of misuse of any form or improper care by the user.
11. If refund is determined by OzAB to be necessary, we will NOT refund original shipping cost.
12. Warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, or damages caused by or resulting from any form of misuse or improper use by the user.
Return Policy
Where The 14-Day Money Back Guarantee Is Available
1. Item must be returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. Return must be prearranged and authorised by OzAB via email and a Return Authorization (RA) form obtained from us and a completed copy included in the returned package.
3. Item must be returned in its original and resell condition and packaging must not be broken where applicable.
4. Return postage and handling is buyer’s responsibility.
5. Refund includes original shipping cost, and refund method to be determined by OzAB.
Where The 14-Day Money Back Guarantee Is Not Available, or Outside The 14-Day Money Back Guarantee Period
a. Return of Non-Broken Item Within Warranty Period
1. OzAB may reject any returns outside the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee Period at our discretion.
2. Return must be prearranged and authorized by OzAB via email and a Return Authorization (RA) form obtained from us and a completed copy included in the returned package
3. Item must be returned to us with proof of purchase
4. Item must be returned in its original and resell condition and packaging must not be broken where applicable
5. Return postage and handling is buyer’s responsibility
6. 20%-80% (to be determined by OzAB based on the length of time you have had it for) of item price will be deducted as restocking fee, you will get a maximum of 80% of item price as refund
7. We will NOT under any circumstances refund the original shipping cost
